PAYMENT:

* We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover, or US Postal Money Orders. Sorry, we DO NOT ACCEPT personal checks.

SHIPPING:

* We ship via US Postal Service or FedEx, at our discretion. Shipping & handling charges include delivery confirmation/tracking.

* Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Military & International addresses may be extra. Please email us at customerservice@ironwolftraders.com with your zip code for accurate rate info BEFORE making a purchase. You are responsible for any extra s&h and/or customs charge!

* International customers: Please note that stated s&h costs are for domestic shipments only. Please email us at customerservice@ironwolftraders.com with your shipping info for an accurate rate quote. Payment must be made in US dollars. You are responsible for extra shipping charges and customs charges.

* No PO Boxes please! We request a physical address for shipment of all of our items.

RETURNS:

* Defective items can be returned for a full refund (less s&h charges) within 10 days of shipment. Buyer is responsible for return shipping with insurance and tracking.

* Non-defective items can be returned for a full refund (less s&h charges and a 20% re-stocking fee) within 10 days of shipment. Buyer is responsible for return shipping with insurance and tracking.
